The Year 7 Elite Netball Squad travelled to Duston on Tuesday 23rd November. Given that it was their first competitive fixture in this years Northants County League season, all thirteen girls contributed during the four periods.
After three minutes the team were trailing 1-0, and by half-time, the score was 2-2. With a performance of great determination, team spirit and respect for the game, the girls pulled back the score in the second half to win the match.
The Duston School's coach commented that the girls were a credit to Northampton Academy.
