Northampton Academy held a national ‘Character Conference’ to discuss what it means to provide an education with character to young people.

Northampton Academy held it's second annual 'Best In Everyone' Awards evening this week. An evening dedicated recognising the fantastic efforts of our students when they showcase our values of Respect, Determination, Ambition, Integrity, and Tolerance. More than that, they are showing ‘good character’, both in and out of school.

A group of students traveled to the Rugby and Northampton Athletics Club to attend a trial session to see if it was an avenue they might like to pursue.

Northampton Academy is celebrating after picking up three awards at United Learning’s national Best in Everyone Awards.  Luke Newton was named Sportsperson of the Year, Julia Domaracka won the Technology Award and Nathaniel Clark picked up the Young Hero of the Year Award.  All three students collected their awards at a spectacular black tie gala held at the Cutlers’ Hall in Sheffield on Friday 28 June.

Northampton academy was delighted to welcome back former students to our annual Alumni afternoon. Visitors ranged from former students who left last year to enjoy university, apprenticeships and gap years; to students who left as far back back to 2008.
