The Year 10 Elite Netball team competed in the Under 15 Northants County Netball Plate against eleven other schools. The group rounds saw Northampton Academy win five out of their six games, drawing their last match 5-5 against a strong Sponne School squad. However, the 15-0 win against Corby Business Academy resulted in the Northampton Academy school being the overall winners, allowing them to progress to the afternoons under 15 Northants County Cup Competition.

The Northants County Cup Competition would be a difficult afternoon, playing against players in teams who play for netball franchises such as Wasps and Loughborough Lightning. Northampton Academy's first match against Wellingborough School was a fantastic game, and the girls held onto a 5-5 draw. Despite losing the remaining games of the afternoon, the squad played exceptionally well against tough opposition, and they came away with aspirations to improve and play at this higher level of netball.
