On Tuesday, 21st March, the Elite Sports teams welcomed Ethan Waller from Northampton Saints Rugby.

During a fascinating one-hour presentation, Ethan revealed the key ingredients that he has seen in the top players he has played with and against during his career in Professional Rugby.

Given that Ethan has played in some brilliant Championship winning teams, he also reinforced the most important message for any team player:

"Do what’s right for the team!" 

He said that Rugby was a great leveller to the character of a human being before sharing what he had learned at school and the real value in understanding our Pillars of Virtue: Ambition, Tolerance, Respect, Integrity, and Determination, as these have ultimately helped him in every aspect of his life, both on and off the pitch.
