Northampton Academy's Sports Leaders hosted their first-ever SEND Festival this week.

The students experienced a variety of sports, including Boccia, Kurling and Goalball, in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere. The idea behind the Festival was to increase sports provision and give all our students opportunities to thrive through sports. Our Sports Leaders planned and led the event from start to finish, and all had great fun.

Thank you to Mrs Carter-Morris, Mrs Buckley, and her team for their help in organising this event. We hope it is the first of many.
