Miss Davies has created a link with a school in Dubai where the Head of Computer Science, Mr Prince is a former employee of Northampton Academy. Together the schools have come up with an innovative project for our Year 9 STEM students to complete over 6 weeks.
This will include research into a problem, then designing a solution, creating a prototype and presenting findings to each other. Northampton Academy and Dunecrest American School will send videos to update each other on student progress, share ideas and show final presentations.
Student from both schools are very excited to have this opportunity.
