This week saw our end-of-term Golden Ticket prize draw. Since September, students have been awarded a Golden Ticket each time they earn five praise points. Praise points are earned by displaying our Pillars of Virtue in and outside their lessons.
Each week, when they receive their tickets, they can place them in the designated box. At the end of each term, some fantastic prizes, such as AirPods, an iPad and several vouchers, are up for grabs.
Congratulations to our lucky winners who have displayed our Pillars of Virtue in abundance.

£150 Voucher Bundle – Fabio – 7H
Fabio is the winner of the £150 voucher bundle. Fabio has displayed various Pillars of Virtues in obtaining praise points such as respect, integrity, and determination, a strong embodiment of what this school believes in and stands for.
AirPods – Andras – 9S
The winner of the AirPods is Andras, who has so far accumulated over 250 praise points this year for all sorts of different reasons, from demonstrating our Pillars of Virtue to displaying outstanding lessons. He has also been nominated for the Principal's Award and a Best in Everyone Award. This shows the testament and hard work Andras consistently displays to receive this amount of praise from so many different staff members.
£10 Amazon Voucher – Georgia – 11I
Georgia is the £10 Voucher winner from the tickets currently in the AirPods section. Like the other winners, Georgia has displayed the school’s Pillars of Virtue, having outstanding lessons, completing work quickly and being focused on lessons, resulting in numerous Principal's Award nominations and a Principal Award Winner. Georgia also shows the virtues outside the classroom, assisting with the Remembrance Day Assembly and picking up litter.
£10 Amazon Voucher – Callum – 11A
Callum is the winner of the £10 Amazon voucher drawn from the Golden Tickets in the £150 voucher bundle section. Callum has also displayed a wide range of virtues across the year so far when collecting praise, with great focus, effort or work being a constant in the narrative for the praise points.
IPAD – Emma – 9D
The winner of our first iPad draw this academic year is Emma; from the beginning of the year, praise points have been earned for great focus on tasks, great attitude, consistently modelling the Pillars of Virtue the school embodies, engaging in lessons and completing home learning work week in week out. The praise points being earned throughout the term are encapsulated with Principal's Award nominations for these same reasons.
£10 Amazon Voucher – Nayah – 7E
Our final £10 Amazon Voucher winner is Nayah. Nayah has also embodied the school's Pillars of Virtue since the start of the academic year. Being active in class to learn, having excellent home learning effort and results, culminating in a great submission of artwork for the Christmas Card competition, is another show of evidence of another fine student working hard and being praised for their work and effort.
