On Tuesday, Richard Allen, Education Officer and former Performance Analyst and Coach of Nottingham Forest, delivered an informative workshop to 100 Northampton Academy Elite Sport students on how to develop a multi-disciplinary approach as both an athlete and sports practitioner.
As a practitioner, Richard has experience supporting athletes as a coach, mentor, teacher, analyst, and lifestyle practitioner and also has a background in performance psychology.
By sharing experiences from professional football, netball, and individual athlete case studies with RDA Coaching, students learned how to maximise their development and performance with a holistic approach.
