Northampton Academy Scoops' STEM Team of the Year' award at Northamptonshire Education Awards

Students and staff at Northampton Academy are celebrating after being crowned 'STEM Team of the Year' at the Northamptonshire Education Awards. The awards ceremony, sponsored by All Things Business and hosted by TV Presenter Eamonn Holmes, took place at the Inn, County Cricket Ground, Northampton on Friday, 10^th November.

A group of Year 10 students attended an IRIS conference in London to showcase their research project on the effects of varying water sources on the growth and reproduction of common duckweed (lemniodeae).
