NA Working Bee
Calling all keen gardeners!
Saturday 21st May, 10am - 4pm
(Drop in for an hour or stay until 4pm, it’s up to you)
We are having our first Working Bee at Northampton Academy. Working Bees involve families and communities coming together to complete projects that enhance the environment in which our students can learn, play, and grow.
We are relying on the generous support of our staff, parents, and community members. It’s a fantastic opportunity to meet in a different social setting, as well as contribute to the improvement and care of our school.
We are creating a sensory garden and need volunteers to assist in the digging in of many plants.
Please bring a packed lunch/snack/drink with you as we cannot staff the canteen on a weekend.
We have an extremely limited number of gardening tools, if you can, please bring gardening gloves, shovels, rakes, and hand trowels with you. Thank you
