Northampton Academy's STEM Team were awarded the 2024 STEM Award at the recent Northamptonshire Education Awards!
The event took place at The County Ground, home of Northamptonshire County Cricket Club, on Friday 29th November, hosted by comedian and television presenter Iain Sterling.
In total, the Academy was up for five awards including Secondary School of the Year, Lifetime Achievement Award, Maths Team/Teacher of the Year, English Team/Teacher of the Year before being named victorious in the STEM category.
We're incredibly proud of our STEM department, with STEM subjects (Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics) constantly in demand in the modern scientific world. As a result, excellent employment and future possibilities are available for young people who study the vast array of STEM subjects on offer.
