Northampton Academy's Gardening Club has been actively working to plant a variety of new plants, including sunflowers, Alchemilla Mollis, Amaranthus, and many others. These plants are expected to blossom over the next few months, adding beauty to our sensory garden.
In addition to planting flowers, they also rolled up our sleeves, put on gloves, and began weeding the flowerbeds to give the plants the best possible space to grow. While planting flowers and pulling weeds is enjoyable, nothing compares to the satisfaction of creating an area that everyone can take pride in.
Any students who would like to contribute or get involved in improving our environment, the Gardening Club welcomes you!
Just come to the sensory garden (located in the courtyard between E and F block) on Tuesdays from 3:15 PM to 4:00 PM.
