Our Wellbeing team have been marking Children's Mental Health Awareness Week.

Seven students travelled to Wellingborough to represent Northampton Academy at the Northants County Table Tennis Championships, the first time the Academy has taken so many students to a table tennis competition.

A Northampton Academy Sixth Form student is being commended for his quick thinking and bravery after rescuing a youngster from Thorplands Lake.

On Saturday 19th January three Northampton Academy Students took the trip over to Corby to participate in the annual County Cross Country Championships. The students were selected for the ‘Northampton Town’ team following excellent performances in the recent town championships and were hopeful of equally good performances in these longer, more challenging races.

Luke, Olivier, Joshim and Reece came joint 1st in the Top of the Bench Chemistry competition, with a high score of 39/43. This qualified them for the regional finals at the University of Derby.
