Elite Sports Student Keira shares her journey in Judo and her accomplishments since starting the sport.

Recently, some of Northampton Academy's Girl's Rugby students competed in a touch rugby tournament held at Richmond Athletic Ground, featuring 12 schools. Our girls emerged victorious in their tournament.

Following their fantastic Leadership at the 'Northampton School Sport Partnership- Boccia Tournament', a team of Sports Leaders were selected to represent our district, leading at the County Winter Games and officiating both the KS2/3 & 4 Boccia finals.

We are excited to welcome Joseph, as the newest member of our Elite Sport Programme. Joseph recently competed in the Northamptonshire Amateur Swimming Association county championships, which took place over four weekends at the end of January and the beginning of February.

Congratulations to our Year 7 rugby team, who participated in a tournament at the Cinch Stadium at Franklin’s Gardens on Saturday, February 8th, and won all their matches.
