Four students from our Nucleus STEM Stream competed in the National Youth Mathematics Awards.
These students had earned their place at this event by taking part in both team challenges and individual challenges.
At the event, students were tasked to complete a challenge called ‘sticky dice’, where they had to consider different patterns formed when dice are placed in specific sequences. The four students performed brilliantly, they were an absolute credit to Nucleus and Northampton Academy.
The team qualified for the regional finals of the National Youth Mathematics Awards. Brilliant job team!
