National Apprenticeship Week commenced with a presentation by Briggs & Forrester team members.
Year 10 Design Technology students were introduced to the company, hearing about the local and national building projects Briggs & Forrester have completed, including Northampton General Hospital, Northampton College, Project Angel. The company provides building services for various sectors, from healthcare and education to sports and leisure.
The team, consisting of Anya, Andy and Adam, was keen to showcase their high-quality apprenticeship pathways, including craft and technical routes. Technical apprentices rotate through various business departments, gaining insights into multiple roles. This allows apprentices to consider all pathways before making longer-term career decisions.
